If your needs involve an IRS issue, please follow the same procedures outlined above. Also, you will need to complete IRS Form 2848 (Power of Attorney). This form tells the IRS that you are engaging Herron & Associates Tax Service, LLC to represent you in resolving your tax issues. This form can only be for issues pertaining to your tax solution and only for those tax years shown on the form.
